The Problem
Industrial site required detention ponds and extensive storm drain systems to mitigate drainage away from neighboring properties.
The Solution
We modified the street section to convey most of the runoff to a small storm drain system. Earthen channels and concrete flumes conveyed the runoff to the adjacent creek, at a substantial savings to the owner.
